We’re deploying a performance update to the zusers API to reduce response times.

Description:
To improve API latency and overall throughput, we will introduce a 30‑minute cache for the “platform exist” check. This change reduces repeated database lookups and external validations, cutting response time on high-traffic endpoints. No functional changes to API responses are expected, only faster performance.
